At Lavincci, we understand how it feels to pay for your item and then also high postage costs, that’s why we provide you with:
We use DHL, TNT and Australia Post which is a worldwide service. All orders are registered & require a signature upon delivery. International deliveries can take 2-14 business days to arrive and domestic deliveries 1 – 5 business days. Please note sometimes delays of delivery may occur that is out of our control so we ask you be abit patient if this is to happen. In the event that an attempted delivery was made which you were not home at the time, you will be required to collect your item at your local post office. Customers will be responsible for any customs or import charges, Delivery time excludes customs clearance delays for your country.
In the event that you have failed to collect your package from your Post Office (upon awaiting collection) or you entered an incorrect address when making your purchase please note that this will result in the courier returning your package back to us! In order for your package to be redispatched to you, there will be a redispatch fee. Redispatch fees may vary depending on your location. In the event that your package is deemed lost by the courier we will endeavour to investigate any such packages on your behalf and will do everything in our best efforts to resolve any such circumstances. Lavincci is not responsible for stolen or delayed packages by the courier.
Once your order has been dispatched from our office, you will receive an email with your tracking details to track your parcel with DHL or Australia Post - click here to track. A signature upon delivery is required so if you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a collection card and your parcel will be taken to your local post office - all collection details will be specified on the collection card. Alternatively with your tracking number if you know you will not be home at the estimated time of delivery you can make a request to drop off at neighbours and they sign on your behalf or you can arrange another day for delivery.
If you have not received your order within 4 business days of making your order please email us at email@example.com with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.
