How Long Will It Take To Receive My Item?

Lavincci aim for immediate dispatch of all goods but delivery may take up to 10 business days depending on your location but please put into consideration any delays that may occur with international shipping delays, production delays or public holiday delays which unfortunately is out of our control may occur longer delivery time. But Lavincci will always make sure you’re provided a tracking number to keep track of your order.

Lavincci collects information from our users at several different points on our website in order to process orders and communicate with all users but we strongly guarantee you that all information is strictly confidential and we will not use for any other purpose that you are not aware of or been informed.

Order

We request information from the user on our order form when making a purchase. Here is where a user must provide their contact information, like name and shipping address, and financial information, like credit card number and expiration date. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill the customer’s order. If we have difficulty processing an order, this contact information is used to communicate with the customer.

Correcting/Updating/Deleting/Deactivating

Also please note that BU Lavincci is not a counsellor and Esther does not charge for these services, at Lavincci  we are just a friend here for you and we will do our best to support you with any help that we can in our power but note that not everything you may bring to us that we can fix or help you with but will try our best. You are also fully reliable and responsible for any decisions you make not Lavincci because we can only just listen and give our advice but the decision of what’s best for you only you would know.

LEGAL

At Lavincci we have listed our prices on www.lavincci.com.au as accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, in the unlikely event of an incorrectly priced item, Lavincci has the right to decline the sale of the item at the inaccurate value and complete order with the accurate price.

At Lavincci  customer service is our number 1 key also being fair and the happiness of our customers is very important to us, so with any of our items, if you see another the same style and fabrics used at another store we will match the price for you if the price is reasonable not below cost price putting us at risk. But this DOES NOT include shops like ebay, gumtree, wish, aliexpress or any other services like these and has to be located in Australia. Also you will have to send email of the ad you found with relevant information to research and that store have to still have stock items selling for that price.

After placing your order you will receive an email confirming the details of your purchase. This email confirmation does not comprise a contract. Orders may be cancelled at any time due to an inability to authorize a payment, insufficient stock, suspicion of fraudulent intent or any other reason deemed appropriate by Lavincci. In addition, Lavincci  reserves the right to decline or cancel any such orders. If a cancelled purchase has already been charged to the customers’ credit card, Lavincci will issue a refund to the customer of the same amount within 7 business days. Lavincci reserves the right to modify the information on this site and the services and products described there in anytime without notice. Lavincci reserves the right to proceed with verification processing of a transaction in question prior to sending an order – this verification process will entail required specific information confirming the authorised access to this account. Lavincci does not request personal information or details of a person’s identity or bank account details. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard debit and credit card payments all via PayPal for your safety but please note that this doesn’t mean you have to have a paypal account, on the payment page you will see the option to pay by card without signing into paypal.

All prices are shown and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). Please refer to your most reliable currency exchange rate source to find the conversion rate of your currency.

STORE CREDIT POLICY

At Lavincci, store credits do not have an expiration date. Store credits will be issued via email and in the form of a code. Your store credit can be used for all products on the website and can be used over several transactions till your credit balance is finished.

INVALID & FAULTY ORDERS
Please note that In the event of an ‘Invalid’ or ‘Faulty’ order, you will be reimbursed with a store credit or an exchange once the item is returned and accessed, (please follow our return policy). If you exchange with an item of higher cost please note that you will have to pay the remaining balance.

$25 FLATE RATE EXPRESS SHIPPING to all international countries (or)

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING on all orders over $400 to any country.

We use DHL, TNT and Australia Post which are worldwide services. All orders are registered & require a signature upon delivery. International deliveries can take 2-14 business days to arrive and domestic deliveries 1 – 5 business days. Please note sometimes delays of delivery may occur that is out of our control so we ask you be abit patient if this is to happen. In the event that an attempted delivery was made which you were not home at the time, you will be required to collect your item at your local post office. Customers will be responsible for any customs or import charges, Delivery time excludes customs clearance delays for your country.

In the event that you have failed to collect your package from your Post Office (upon awaiting collection) or you entered an incorrect address when making your purchase please note that this will result in the courier returning your package back to us! In order for your package to be redispatched to you, there will be a redispatch fee. Redispatch fees may vary depending on your location. In the event that your package is deemed lost by the courier we will endeavour to investigate any such packages on your behalf and will do everything in our best efforts to resolve any such circumstances. Lavincci is not responsible for stolen or delayed packages by the courier.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched from our office, you will receive an email with your tracking details to track your parcel with DHL or Australia Post – click here to track. A signature upon delivery is required so if you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a collection card and your parcel will be taken to your local post office – all collection details will be specified on the collection card. Alternatively with your tracking number if you know you will not be home at the estimated time of delivery you can make a request to drop off at neighbours and they sign on your behalf or you can arrange another day for delivery.

If you have not received your order within 4 business days of making your order please email us at sales@lavincci.com.au with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.
