Exchange & Refunds

The happiness and satisfaction of our customers is everything to us and @ Lavincci  we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your online purchase so if you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with, simply return to us within 7 days, in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange. You can choose any items you want to exchange with and you will only have to pay the difference. The shipping of your exchanged items should be covered by you, we will discuss with you the remaining balance to be paid at the time of communication.

Please not sales items are not exchangeable or refundable, only on exceptional cases where sale merchandise has manufacture faults and item is returned within 7 days of receiving package.

Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached. Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact and Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition. Also To ensure we offer the best quality product to all customers please observe that any items returned with makeup marks, no hygiene stickers or removed tags will be rejected.

PROCESS TO EXCHANGE ITEMS - 3 EASY STEPS!

  1. Send us an email at info@buexoticana.com and ask for a return providing order number and info or simply fill out our return form attached and press send and one of our respectful workers will get back to you ASAP. Please note; do not send any item before emailing first.
  2. Pack all items with your form in secure packaging or reuse the original packaging if still in good condition.
  3. Visit your local Post Office and send to the provided address given at time of communication. For peace of mind, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured postal service as Lavincci is not liable for lost return parcels.
