The shipping of your exchanged items should be covered by you, we will discuss with you the remaining balance to be paid at the time of communication.
Please not sales items are not exchangeable or refundable, only on exceptional cases where sale merchandise has manufacture faults and item is returned within 7 days of receiving package.

Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact and Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition. Also To ensure we offer the best quality product to all customers please observe that any items returned with makeup marks, no hygiene stickers or removed tags will be rejected.
